Adelaide Investor Hour - 16 June
Guest presentation from Charter Hall
Charter Hall: The case for investment
Lula Liossi, Investor Relations Manager, Charter Hall
Charter Hall, as a property investment and a funds management company, owns and manages a huge range of quality commercial properties in its core sectors – office, industrial and logistics, retail and social infrastructure - predominantly in NSW and Vic but with substantial investments in other states. It has approximately $46.4 billion in funds under management. In Adelaide its headline investment is 60 King William St ($413m). Investors, of course, will ask about the sustainability of returns in cities and markets not short of ‘For Lease’ signs. Our speaker this month will address that issue and outline vehicles Charter Hall offers for investors.
Lula has over 25 years’ experience in investor relations, marketing, public relations and communications. Previously Lula was the National Marketing Manager, Company Secretary and Asia/Pacific Marketing Manager at KPMG Corporate Finance and held the position of Investor Relations Manager at Norwood in Australia and their listed subsidiary companies in the UK and USA.
