2026 QLD Investor Summit, Event Terms & Conditions
By registering to attend the 2026 QLD Summit (Summit), you acknowledge and agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions (Terms).
1. Registrations
1.1
Your registration is not confirmed until ASA has received your completed registration form and full payment of the applicable registration fee. ASA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse any registration.
1.2
Registration fees for the Summit are correct at the time of publication. ASA reserves the right to amend registration fees and/or early-bird registration deadlines at any time. Any changes will not affect registrations already confirmed.
2. Cancellation and Transfer of Registrations
2.1
All registration cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to ASA via email at share@asa.asn.au.
2.2
Cancellations received within forty-five (45) days of the Summit are non-refundable.
2.3
Registered attendees may request a transfer of their registration to another person by notifying ASA in writing no later than five (5) business days prior to the Summit. Transfers requested within five (5) business days of the Summit will not be accepted.
3. Modification, Postponement or Cancellation of the Summit
3.1
ASA reserves the right to alter the program, speakers, content, venue, timing, format, or any other aspect of the Summit at any time. ASA also reserves the right to postpone or cancel the Summit.
3.2
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ASA, the venue, and any third parties engaged by ASA in connection with the Summit (Agents) will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, expense, or inconvenience incurred by attendees arising from any change, postponement, or cancellation referred to in clause 3.1.
3.3
If the Summit is postponed or cancelled due to circumstances beyond ASA’s reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, public health events, government restrictions, industrial disputes, or acts of God, ASA may retain the registration fee and will not be obliged to provide a refund.
3.4
If ASA cancels the Summit for reasons other than those outlined in clause 3.3, ASA will provide a refund of the registration fee paid.
4. Attendee Rights and Obligations
4.1
ASA reserves the right to refuse entry to, or remove any attendee from, the Summit who fails to comply with these Terms, poses a security or safety risk, or behaves in a manner deemed inappropriate by ASA or its Agents.
4.2
Promotional or marketing materials may only be distributed at the Summit by approved sponsors and exhibitors, unless prior written consent has been obtained from ASA.
4.3
Attendees agree to comply with all reasonable directions and instructions issued by ASA and its Agents during the Summit.
4.4
Unauthorised photography, audio recording, video recording, live streaming, or transmission of Summit content or materials is prohibited.
4.5
By attending the Summit, you consent to ASA capturing and using photographs, video, and audio recordings that may include your image, likeness, or voice for promotional, marketing, news, livestreaming, online, and other multimedia purposes. You acknowledge that you are not entitled to any compensation, royalties, or other payment in relation to such use. You release ASA and its Agents from any claims arising from the use of such material.
5. General
5.1
ASA reserves the right to amend these Terms from time to time. The Terms in effect at the time your registration is confirmed will apply to your attendance at the Summit.
5.2
Any failure, delay, relaxation, or indulgence by a party in exercising any right or remedy under these Terms does not operate as a waiver of that right or remedy.
5.3
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Each party submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

ASA has taken reasonable care to ensure that information provided on Summit websites, registration pages, and promotional materials is accurate at the time of publication. However, ASA reserves the right to make changes to the Summit program, speakers, venue, schedule, or other published information without notice. ASA accepts no liability for any errors, omissions, or changes.
Privacy & Data Consent
ASA recognises the importance of protecting your personal information and complies with the Australian Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
The personal information collected during registration is used for the administration and delivery of the Summit, including attendee communications, venue management, event logistics, and related services.
By registering for the Summit, you consent to ASA collecting, storing, and using your personal information for these purposes.
