Sharyn Williams has over 15 years of ASX-listed experience as an Executive Leader and Chief Financial Officer. Sharyn has a strong background in driving strategic, financial, governance and operational outcomes in a variety of industries including education, automotive, manufacturing, electrical, finance, retail and wholesale. She has had the opportunity to be involved in a wide variety of operations across multiple geographies including Australia, China, Singapore and the United States of America.

Sharyn holds an MBA, bachelor’s degrees in business and education, is a Fellow of CPA Australia and a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia.
