Helen is currently the Chair of ASX listed McMillan Shakespeare and Non-Executive Director of ASX listed Ramsay Health. She is also a Board member of the Carlton Football Club, mentor with the Minerva Network, Member of Chief Executive Women and Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Helen has had an extensive board governance career across 15 listed, private equity and not for profit entities. Previous ASX listed companies include Chair of Integral Diagnostics Ltd, Non-Executive Director of Estia Health Ltd, Sirtex Medical Ltd and DCA Group Ltd.
