Damien Bird

Damien relocated to Australia from the UK in 2017 to join the Investor Relations team at Amcor Limited. He is involved in all aspects of the company’s investor relations activities. During his time at Amcor the company has undertaken the two largest acquisitions in its history and has also changed its listing structure from being a purely ASX listed company to now being dual listed on both the New York Stock Exchange and the Australian Stock Exchange. Damien is based in Melbourne and has responsibility for all Amcor’s investor engagement in Australia, Asia and New Zealand.

Since 2006, Damien held several investor relations roles in the UK and Singapore for Global companies. He has a Diploma of Investor Relations and is a Certified Investor Relations Officer (CIRO). He qualified in 2002 as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG in London and has a degree in Industrial Economics from Nottingham University.
