ASA's Voting and engagement guidelines are the basis of our company monitoring and advocacy  work. They reflect member expectations of investment performance, director behaviour and corporate governance.

Our voting intentions, which set out how ASA intends to vote open proxies on resolutions at company meetings, have regard to our voting and engagement guidelines.
