The ASA is a non-profit organisation that protects and advances the interests of investors.  In furthering its aims the ASA offers general information through its website and publications.  The ASA does not have an Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL) under Part 7 of the Corporations Act 2001.

By accessing or using this site in any way, viewing or browsing the site, or adding your own content to the site, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Use.

Our website hosts a member-only Q&A forum, which is equipped with commenting facilities. We do retain the right to moderate any comment or written content submitted to the ASA website and to remove any content we deem to have violated our policies.

Credit Cards

All credit card, charge card and debit bank account information is processed by SecurePay.  It  is done so within the SecurePay Data Base Vault, protected behind two forms of encryption methodologies and independently audited under PCI DSS. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the state of New South Wales, Australia and you consent to the non-exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in New South Wales, Australia in any and all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this website.

Changes to This Agreement

The ASA reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. We do so by posting and drawing attention to the updated terms on this site. Your decision to continue to visit and make use of the site after such changes have been made constitutes your formal acceptance of the new Terms of Use.

Therefore, we ask that you check and review this Agreement for such changes on an occasional basis. Should you not agree to any provision of this Agreement or any changes we make to this Agreement, we ask and advise that you do not use or continue to access the ASA website immediately.
