Registration fee – early bird until 31 March 2017

The $425 early bird member registration fee includes:

  •     Daily conference sessions 15-16 May
  •     Morning tea, seated lunch, and afternoon tea 15-16 May
  •     Happy hour drinks on Monday
  •     Satchel including conference program, conference collateral and more.

From 31 March 2017, conference registration will increase to $495.

Once your payment is received and authorised, confirmation of your registration will be sent to the email address you provide on your registration. If you haven’t received your confirmation within seven days, please call 1300 368 448 to ensure your registration was successful.

Full colour speaker booklets, including a table of contents, will be available for pre-order ahead of the conference at a cost of $50/booklet. Click here to order.

Please be advised we cannot guarantee inclusion of all speaker papers. Delegates can collect their booklets at the conference..



Partners of members can attend all conference activities on the same basis as a member.


Become a member of the ASA

As a special offer to non-members, we are offering conference registration and membership for a discounted rate. Non-members can register and just pay an additional $90 for a green membership (usually $120) or $125 for a classic membership (usually $140). To access this special rate you will have to register for the conference and join the ASA at the same time. Complete the registration form (available Jan 2017) or call the office on 1300 368 448.



All cancellations must be advised in writing to the ASA by email to Cancellations received on or prior to 1 May 2017 will receive a full refund less a $75 administration fee. Cancellations received after 1 May 2017 will not be refunded, however, a substitute delegate can attend in your place. Register by 31 March 2017 to receive the $70 discount!
